This group brings together frozen saba and other frozen fish that Japanese kitchens use regularly but not in volumes large enough to source separately — salt-grilled saba, vinegar-pickled saba, boiled octopus, engawa and shirauo. They can be ordered together with other items on a single invoice.
Frozen Saba is the core of the group, available at 300-500g and 400-600g, packed 20kg per carton, for salt-grilled saba and lunch sets. Saba Pickled in Vinegar comes in 500g packs, 25 packs per carton, ready to slice as shime-saba. Saba Fillet is 4 pieces per pack, 20 packs per carton, giving plate-sized portions with no in-house filleting.
Beyond saba there is Boiled Octopus at 1kg up, squid slice at 8g per piece (20 pieces per pack), Engawa (halibut fin) at 2-3cm and 3-4cm in 500g packs (20 packs per carton), and Shirauo at 5-7cm in 1kg packs (20 packs per carton).
